Unlike his predecessor in 1997, the EFLA President is an outspoken autocratic, Christian theocrat who rules the United States with an iron fist. During his presidency, the EFLA President introduced his draconian "Moral America" laws in which smoking, drinking alcohol, recreational drug use, premarital sex, firearms ownership, red meat, atheism, freedom of religion, and profanity were outlawed and anybody who violated these laws were stripped of their American citizenship and deported to Los Angeles Island.
