A long black overcoat that Snake Plissken took a liking to after being issued it by the USPF for his 2013 mission into L.A. The coat was part of an ensemble of stealth clothing that is fire retardant and nullifies heat detection.
Snake initially resisted wearing the rest of the stealth clothing in favor of his usual attire but approved of the coat immediately.
